I'm still writing Design Tools Monthly after 15 years. I'm the editorial director at www.PlanetQuark.com, and a bit of an expert on the topic. I'm teaching a brief "new features" session in the User Conference at Macworld.

Yes, our user group (http://www.comug.com) is still hugely strong. Up until recently, we've been broadcasting the meetings across the Internet. Now, we're just recording them whenever we can and posting them as video podcasts. If you search iTunes for COMUG or go to our website, you can have a peek.

I'm coming out to Crestone in the 2 weeks leading up to the keynote, and I'm afraid I can't make it to MacWorld this year, so I'm joining this little community as a weak substitute. So you're with Quark now, or are you just joining the group because it's part of the scene that DTM needs to stay on top of? Are the MUG meetings still going strong? Cheers!
