I've enjoyed the Macworld this year with User's Conference tickets. So, I'd like to Know if there is any ticket for keynote and exhibit hall (all days). Just it!!
The guys from organization told me that I should buy a conference program to enjoy the keynote. Is it correct?
Yes, but if you want to get in the main room you have to take your chances standing in line early enough. But if you don't make it in the main room, you will still get to go to an overflow room.
http://www.macworldbound.com - there is a group that is getting together to get there earlier enough and a lot of other plans are mentioned there. I have found the site very useful in addition to this one. I am glad I was able to help.
make sure you check RSVP and check back before Macworld. sometimes we change the time back or forward. for people that have never gone to keynote before, don't know where to line up and are going to macworld alone, it's a good way to meet people and get some free doughtnut & coffee :)
Thanks again, Dizzle and Adam.
Adam, by the way, do you remember that I've called this year but we did not have time to find each other?
This time I will be there!!!
So, if you don't remember, I'm the guy from Brazil.
No, you cannot buy a ticket *just* to get into the Keynote. You must buy a Conference Pass for Keynote entry (or be a Conference Speaker, approved member of the media or an Apple VIP). Even then, there's no guarantee of access to the Main Hall where Jobs will actually be speaking.
You can buy Exhibit Hall Passes that will get you just on the Show Floor. If you are patient/lucky, lots of folks on the Web will be giving away free Exhibit Hall Passes in the next few weeks.
Ricardo, how did you almost miss it? Get up too late or have the wrong type of ticket? You are coming all the way from Brasil? I hope to meet you, my husband's family on one side is from Brasil (unfortunately he doesn't speak portugese.) If you sign up with any of those activities that Adam listed, I will likely see you, though my husband and I have some other plans besides just the conference, such as the Alcatraz tour and general site-seeing.
